Lexi Gans has been with Gans Law since its very beginning, helping build the foundation of the firm’s brand and client experience. While she stepped away for a time to pursue her career in sales and marketing, her passion for growing businesses and connecting with people never wavered.
Lexi gained valuable experience working with some of the world’s most recognized brands. She sold Bacardi and Grey Goose to high-profile accounts such as Universal Studios and the Ritz-Carlton, and later served as a Brand Marketing Specialist for Red Bull, where she managed statewide events, partnerships, and activations to drive awareness and engagement across Florida.

Bringing that same energy and expertise back to Gans Law, Lexi now serves as the firm’s Marketing Director and Office Manager. She ensures that the Gans Law name is seen, heard, and trusted throughout Central Florida—whether through digital campaigns, community outreach, or client experience initiatives. Her goal is to showcase what makes Gans Law unique: a dedicated team of former police officers and a former prosecutor who believe Everyone Deserves Justice.

From shaping the firm’s marketing strategy to overseeing day-to-day operations, Lexi is committed to making sure every client’s journey with Gans Law reflects the professionalism, compassion, and results that define the firm.
