Bianca Avila is one of the first voices you’ll hear when reaching out to Gans Law. As our Legal Intake Department Supervisor, she guides clients with care and professionalism throughout the beginning of their legal journey, ensuring they feel supported from the very first call.

With a degree in Criminal Justice and several years of experience in the legal field, Bianca brings both knowledge and compassion to her role. Her background allows her to understand the challenges clients face and provide them with clear communication and guidance every step of the way.

Proud of her Colombian heritage, Bianca values family, culture, and community. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time in nature, where she finds balance and inspiration.At Gans Law, Bianca is dedicated to making sure clients feel heard, informed, and confident as they navigate the legal process, because she believes that everyone deserves justice.
